The Ultimate Journal is a mobile application developed for self-development, where users can make daily entries about what they are grateful for and proud of, track habits weekly, and fill out a form to build self-confidence. The app contains personal tools that help users in their self-development journey.

2. User Data and Privacy

We take privacy seriously and ensure that all personal information is stored securely in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. Personal data, including your daily notes and information in the app, is securely stored using Firebase, subject to Firebase’s and Flutterflow’s terms for the secure storage of personal information.

Each user is assigned a unique user ID. This ensures that only you have access to your own data, and no one else can view or modify this information except the administration.

3. Data Processing and Storage

Personal data is stored in Firebase, which complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Norwegian data protection laws. This includes secure procedures for data collection, storage, and protection.

We collect and process data for the following purposes:

• To provide the functionality of the app, including daily and weekly tracking tools.

• To improve the user experience.

You can request access to or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at post@denultimatekarrieretesten.no.

4. Subscription Service

The Ultimate Journal is a service offered on a monthly or yearly subscription basis. The service is available for a monthly fee of 49 NOK or annually for 499 NOK. The payment service is provided through Apple’s systems set up with RevenueCat. Your identity is protected with encryption across these platforms. If payment is not received, access to the app will be blocked.

Any changes to the subscription price will be clearly communicated before billing begins.

The subscription is tied to your Apple account, and all changes can be made in your control panel on your Apple device. Please read Apple’s subscription terms for conditions, which are also available in the app under registration, payment, and in your profile.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel your subscription, this must be done directly in your Apple control panel.

5. Use of the App

Use of The Ultimate Journal is limited to personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the app in a way that does not violate any laws or regulations, including but not limited to privacy laws and intellectual property rights.

6. Disclaimer

The Ultimate Journal is developed as a tool for self-development, but we make no guarantees that using the app will result in specific improvements or changes in your personal development. Use of the app is at your own risk.

7. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or email.
